Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Here's what happens when you cancel.
Important: Canceling your subscription is different from deleting your account. Canceling stops billing and moves you to events-only access after your billing period ends, but your account and history stay intact.

How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to account settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Customer Portal
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period
- You keep full access until then
- No further charges will be made
- After the period ends, access changes to events-only viewing
Access After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- You keep: Events-only viewing (can see events on map)
- You lose: Green Rooms, DMs, character creation, Dating, and other premium features
Your Data
After cancellation:
- Your account remains active
- Your characters and profile information are preserved
- Your content (posts, messages) remains in the system
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime to restore full access
- To permanently delete your account and data, see Deleting Your Account
Reactivating
To reactivate after canceling:
- Go to account settings
- Click "Upgrade" or "Subscribe"
- Choose Monthly or Annual plan
- Complete checkout
- Full access restored immediately
Refunds
Refund policy:
- Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically result in a refund

- All payments are processed through Stripe
- Use the in-app support ticket (open the app, click the cog, then Share Feedback) for refund requests
