Subscription Banner Showing

Subscription banners appear to alert you about your subscription status. Here's what they mean and how to resolve them.

Trial Ending Warning

If your Guest Pass is ending soon:

  • Banner shows when 3 days or less remain
  • Reminds you to upgrade to keep full access
  • Click "Upgrade" to choose a plan
  • Or wait for trial to expire (downgrades to events-only)

Payment Issues

If payment failed:

  • Banner alerts you to payment problems
  • Click "Manage" to update payment method
  • Update your card in Stripe Customer Portal
  • Subscription resumes once payment succeeds

Subscription Expired

If your subscription expired:

  • Banner shows expired status
  • Click "Upgrade" to restore access
  • Choose Monthly or Annual plan
  • Full access restored after payment

How to Resolve

To fix subscription issues:

  1. Click the banner action button
  2. Follow the prompts
  3. Update payment or upgrade as needed
  4. Banner disappears once resolved

Dismissing Banners

Banners:

  • Can usually be dismissed temporarily
  • Will reappear if issue persists
  • Should be resolved for permanent removal
