Updating Payment Method

You can update your payment method anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.

How to Update

To change your payment method:

  1. Go to account settings
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe Customer Portal
  4. Click "Update Payment Method"
  5. Enter your new card details
  6. Save the changes

When to Update

Update your payment method when:

  • Your card expires
  • You get a new card
  • You want to use a different card
  • Your card is lost or stolen
  • You're switching payment methods

Failed Payment Handling

If a payment fails:

  • You'll receive a notification
  • Your subscription may be paused
  • Update your payment method to restore access
  • Stripe will retry the payment

Your payment information is secure:

  • Processed through Stripe's secure portal
  • We never see your full card number
  • Encrypted transmission
  • PCI-compliant storage
