Updating Payment Method
You can update your payment method anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
How to Update
To change your payment method:
- Go to account settings
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Customer Portal
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter your new card details
- Save the changes
When to Update
Update your payment method when:
- Your card expires
- You get a new card
- You want to use a different card
- Your card is lost or stolen
- You're switching payment methods
Failed Payment Handling
If a payment fails:
- You'll receive a notification
- Your subscription may be paused
- Update your payment method to restore access
- Stripe will retry the payment

- Processed through Stripe's secure portal
- We never see your full card number
