Direct Monologue Messages Not Sending

If Direct Monologue messages aren't sending, check these issues.

Subscription Status

Ensure you have:

  • Active subscription (Guest Pass, Monthly, or Annual)
  • Not expired or canceled
  • Check subscription status

Recipient Status

The recipient must also have:

  • Active subscription
  • Account in good standing
  • An existing approved DM connection with your account

Network Issues

Check your connection:

  • Internet connection is stable
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Check if other features work

Still Having Issues?

Use the in-app support ticket (open the app, click the cog, then Share Feedback). If you cannot access the app, use the Contact Form. Include:

  • Recipient username
  • Error message (if any)
  • When the issue started
