Can't Join a Green Room
If you can't join a Green Room, check these common issues.
Subscription Status
Ensure you have:
- Active subscription (Guest Pass, Monthly, or Annual)
- Not expired or canceled
- Check subscription banners for issues
Room Privacy Settings
Check the room type:
- Public: Should join immediately
- Request-to-Join: Must wait for approval
- Private: Must be invited
Permission Errors
If you see permission errors:
- Check your subscription status
- Ensure you're logged in
- Try refreshing the page
- If issues persist, use the in-app support ticket (open the app, click the cog, then Share Feedback)
- If you cannot access the app, use the Contact Form
