Can't Join a Green Room

If you can't join a Green Room, check these common issues.

Subscription Status

Ensure you have:

  • Active subscription (Guest Pass, Monthly, or Annual)
  • Not expired or canceled
  • Check subscription banners for issues

Room Privacy Settings

Check the room type:

  • Public: Should join immediately
  • Request-to-Join: Must wait for approval
  • Private: Must be invited

Permission Errors

If you see permission errors:

  • Check your subscription status
  • Ensure you're logged in
  • Try refreshing the page
  • If issues persist, use the in-app support ticket (open the app, click the cog, then Share Feedback)
  • If you cannot access the app, use the Contact Form
