What is the Access All Areas Pass?
The Access All Areas Pass is a 90-day free trial that gives you complete access to all Masquerading features. It's designed to give you plenty of time to explore THE Social Fiction Community, build a character, find your scene partners, and decide whether Masquerading is right for you.
What's Included
During your 90-day Access All Areas Pass, you have full access to:
- Unlimited character creation (manual characters)
- AI Avatar generation (5 per day)
- Green Rooms - Create and join in-character group chats
- Direct Monologue (DM) - Private out-of-character messaging
- Events Map - Discover and RSVP to events worldwide
- Masquerading Dating - In-character dating profiles (14-day access; full access with a paid membership)
- The Call Board - News feed and activity
- Character Browser - Browse all public characters
- AI Stage Manager - Platform assistant
How Long Does It Last?
The Access All Areas Pass lasts for 90 days from when you sign up. You'll see a countdown showing how many days remain in your trial.
What Happens After 14 Days? (Masquerading Dating)
Your Masquerading Dating access expires after 14 days, even while the rest of your trial continues. After day 14:
- Your Dating characters are marked as inactive and cannot receive new connections
- You can still browse Masquerading Dating, but cannot send new connection requests
- All historical messages and contacts remain intact
- Upgrade to a paid plan to restore unlimited Dating access
What Happens After 90 Days?
When your Access All Areas Pass expires, your access automatically changes:
- You keep: In the Audience — events-only viewing (you can still see events on the map)
- You lose: Full access to Green Rooms, DMs, Dating, character creation, and other premium features
You'll see upgrade prompts as your trial approaches expiration, giving you the opportunity to upgrade to a paid plan.
Upgrading During Your Trial
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time during your Access All Areas Pass:
- Monthly: Full access, billed monthly
- Annual: Full access, significant savings compared to monthly
