Redeeming Promo & Influencer Codes

If you have a promo code — whether it's a Forever Free code, an influencer code, or a discount code — this guide explains where to redeem it and what happens after you apply it.

Types of Codes

  • Forever Free codes — grant lifetime full access at no cost. Limited availability.
  • Influencer codes — shared by creators and influencers. These may grant Forever Free access or other benefits.
  • Discount codes — offer a percentage off paid plans (e.g. 20% off the annual plan).

When you apply any code, you'll see exactly what it does before confirming.

Where to Enter a Code

During signup

  1. Create your account (Google or email)
  2. After verifying your email, you'll see a "Promo Code" field
  3. Enter the code and continue — the benefit is applied immediately

After signup (existing account)

  1. Open Account Settings
  2. Go to Billing & Membership
  3. Find "Have a promo code?"
  4. Enter the code exactly as provided
  5. Confirm and follow any checkout prompts

What Happens By Current Plan

If you are on a Guest Pass (trial) or inactive

  • Forever Free codes upgrade you instantly — no payment required
  • Discount codes apply when you proceed through Stripe checkout

If you are on monthly

  • Monthly continues until current period ends
  • Then the new benefit starts, depending on the code type
  • No double-charge overlap for the same period

If you are on annual

  • Discount or benefit may apply to next renewal (based on code type and eligibility)
  • You may not need to start a brand-new checkout flow

Troubleshooting

  • Code not accepted: Check spelling and hyphens. The code is case-sensitive.
  • "Something went wrong": Try again. If it persists, contact support with your code and account email.
  • Expected discount not visible: It may apply at next renewal depending on your current plan.
  • Code stopped working: It may have been deactivated or reached its usage limit.
